Brande moved to Austin in 1997 to attend the University of Texas and, after 28 years, proudly calls herself a true Austinite. She’s watched the city evolve and loves making an impact by helping others put down roots in the place she loves. A former tech sales executive with 21 years of experience, Brande is a seasoned negotiator who brings a very strong work ethic and sharp business instincts to every deal, no matter the size.
What sets Brande apart is her hands-on experience. Having completed nine major home renovations herself, she has a keen eye for what potential a home holds for buyers, or advising sellers on strategic updates to maximize sales price and a quick close. From luxury listings to investment properties, she brings a resourceful, thoughtful approach to what is often one of life’s most personal and financially significant decisions.
Brande is deeply rooted in the Austin community—not just through real estate, but also through service. She serves on the fundraising board for Hospice Austin, a cause close to her heart after losing her father in hospice care in 2019. She’s married with two fabulous bonus children and two beloved fur babies. When she and her husband aren’t working or acting as Ubers and ATMs for their teens, they enjoy cooking, hanging with the kiddos and pups, playing tennis, and spending time with friends.
